Why this isn't another top 10 list
Ranked lists assume everyone is asking the same question. They aren't. The right email platform for someone running live launches to 20,000 subscribers is the wrong one for someone with 200 subscribers and no website yet — but both get shown the same article.
Instead of ranking tools once, we rate each one across capability dimensions, then let your answers weight those dimensions. Two people can take the same quiz and correctly get different answers.
